• Responsible for working to the targeted and agreed sales plans, sales projections and profitability in the African markets through distributors/agents and leading/supervising a team of sales executives . • Analyzing the market to quantify and establish product pricing, volume and profitability potential whilst developing a strategy to improve overall margin • Manage the negotiation, order taking and delivery process to ensure customer satisfaction • Interface with production and marketing teams to satisfy customer needs and requirements • Meeting and exceeding sales quotas • Manage and be the main point of contact for distributors and looking for appointing new distributors in unrepresented areas • Aggressively drive distributors to maximize sales and total partnership potential through best sales practices, training and support • Be part of all discussions and negotiations concerning product sales through the OEM channel. • Manage sales orders and provide status to distributors and customers • Work with marketing to drive programmes and events to extend the relationships to new prospects • Continually learning about new products and improve selling skills • Attending and participating in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows • Preparing price quotations and proposals to customers • Defining and executing distributor’s sales plans • Ensure that all the requirements of IMS are fulfilled • Must have at least 4 years OF Senior Management experience with a tiles manufacturing company. • Must be atleast a Degree holder ideally in Business Administration / Commerce • Should have minimum 7-8 years experience in Sales & Operations management roles Must have strong :- • Communication and Negotiation Skills • Interpersonal Skills • Result – oriented Ability to motivate others Porcellan Co.
