Ideally you will be a contractors planner who can dissect programs and help manage planning programe across multiple projects and countries. Your duties will include; Pre contract planning Tender Review of contractors proposed programmes Oversight of the agreement Review of monthly progress reports will be covering high spec, high rise residential 50 - 60 storey (1 bn AED +) projects - Microsoft project and Primavera experience. - Good contractor experience. - 10-15 years experience - Degree qualified preferred - Excellent with MS Office - Competent (and confident) in technicalaspects of planning. - Able to providequalityinformation within deadlines. - Proactiveinteraction with otherdepartments. - Goodcommunicator. - Team player - PresentationSkills - ManagerialSkills - Primavera P6, MS Office.
