• Monitoring shipments (sea and air freight – clearing and forwarding). • Preparing reports at month end for internal comparison. • Coordinate with Transportation r on regular intervals throughout the day to instruct where to collect documents. • All billing by agents are done as per routing/quote and all are queries on invoicing are well handled. • Vehicle Check list (Subcontracted transporters) • Timely arrangement of transportation and ensure delivery is made as per the schedule. • Updating of transport details in system. • Coordinate / Liaise with Clearing & Forwarding Team for clearance of jobs on time. • Coordinate with customers for payments and documents especially for clearance jobs in Sharjah. • Closure of job files & ensuring the same is maintained as per procedures laid out • Preparing reports at month end for internal comparison Education - Graduate / Diploma Experience - 1-3 years in Freight Forwarding/ Shipping / Logistics Industry Attributes & Skills: • Communication skills in English – verbal and written • Organised • Able to establish rapport easily • Positive attitude, polite and disciplined • Ability to withstand pressure • Hard working Established in 1977, Modern Freight Company L.L.C.
