* Serves 30 million customers each year We are currently seeking to hire a Senior Retail Operations Manager for our Retail Divisional Office in Cairo, Egypt.
As aA Senior Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing stores by managing sales and operations , controlling expenses and manpower budgets, handling personnel issues, accounting , merchandising , stock level control and loss prevention.
In addition to developing the commercial short, medium and long term strategies and leading the Retail division by monitoring brands growth (sales, profitability and other) ensuring proper implementation of the strategy, and recommending new tools and means to grow the business while providing the highest level of customer service, He/she contribute to the administrative and technical assessment of the Shop Managers.As a Senior Retail Operations Manager; ideally you have to hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or an equivalent discipline. With 10 years of retail experience; at least 7 years of experience in Brand/Shop Management. Fashion Experience is a must.
