We are hiring a result oriented brand manager for our luxury store in Muscat, Oman with a view for expansion in every city of the GCC and acquiring new brands. You are a business developing brand manager with a knack for compelling storytelling about your brands, highly skilled negotiator, vast knowledge about the retail business in general and luxury market in particular, socially adept and a influencer with a flair in all things digital. - A business degree. - International and domestic sales management & business developmental experience. - Experience in product placement, branding and brand building. - Thorough knowledge of the global retail and luxury systems and a large network of strategic connections in retail and wholesale (malls and other retailers). - Skilled in merchandising and retail sales staff management and training. - Excellent planning and organizational skills. Apart from the above qualifications, you must be specialized in: - Strategic & Business Planning and Execution, Portfolio Management, P&L Accountability. - Target Realization, Pricing Strategy & Execution & Market Data Analysis. - Acquisitions/Integrations, Advanced Negotiations & New Product Development /Launch - Contract Negotiation & Management, Marketing and Sales Leadership, Distributor & Wholesaler Management - Customer Relationship Management, Performance Management. - Recruitment, Training & Development of Staff. - Preferably bilingual - Arabic and English, though not a must.
