The overall aim of this position within the business is to effectively provide a professional placement service to our international clients. Main responsibilities: - Extensive market mapping across a variety of sectors - Conducting thorough interviews of candidates and writing candidate reviews - Building a network of the best talent available within markets - Producing shortlists for specific recruitment assignments - Liaise with line managers to ensure a full understanding of their requirements and preferences - Use a range of sourcing and recruiting techniques (search engines, social networks, job boards, databases and direct recruiting techniques) to identify top talent for current and future openings - Build and maintain talent pools for current openings and ongoing business talent needs. - Extensive knowledge of CV formatting. What you'll learn/gain from this experience - Fun, cosmopolitan and international work culture. - Internship level understanding of business development and recruitment University students looking to gain work experience over the summer break are welcome to apply. NOC required for students. Internship period can range from 2 months till the availability of the candidate.
