Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy Based in Muscat, Oman Tax Free Our client is a major multi-disciplinary consultancy which is experiencing a rapid period of growth, due to several new project awards. A new requirement has arisen for a Resident Engineer from an Architecture background, to join its team based in Muscat, Oman. The project is a large scale Corporate HQ, for a prominent Company. The Resident Engineer will be responsible for managing the site based operations. In order to be considered for this role, the successful candidate will have the following key skills and attributes: • Degree qualified (or equivalent due to visa restrictions) in Architecture • Possess a proven track record as a Resident Engineer on Building Structures. A proven track record working in the designation of Resident Engineer / Lead Site Based Architect for at least 5 years is essential. • Previous exposure working within highly reputable multi-disciplinary / engineering consultancies • Exposure to large scale housing / residential / master planned community projects is essential • Experience working in the Middle East is essential • Must have experience using FIDIC • Strong presentation skills • Excellent leadership and communication skills are a pre-requisite of the role.
