AFGS is seeking an experienced Supply Technician to support the company’s vehicle maintenance program in Afghanistan. The Technician will internalize shipping and stocking rules from the government or your organization. Writing skills to maintain files on inventory and communication skills to tell your supervisors the status of orders and shortages. The job calls for a detail-oriented person who follows the rules. POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Review orders to assure accuracy of materials requested - Prepare and coordinate shipping materials, store keeping of materials received and for the pile-in of materials. - Writing skills to maintain files on inventory and communication skills - Handle timely completion of shipments and meeting deadlines for special or non-recurring projects - Train and cross-train other staff members when necessary - Ensure timely and accurate reports are provided to internal parties & customers - Should also have an eye for how to transport and store goods in the most efficient manner In order to be considered for the role the successful candidate must have experience in the above responsibilities and match the following criteria. - Requires excellent computer skills. - Team Player a must with good organizational and multi-tasking ability. Attention to detail is required. - Educated to a minimum of degree standard with 5 years’ relevant work experience with good interpersonal skills. - Afghanistan experience in a similar role - Superior communication skills and the ability to maintain a positive work environment is critical to this role - Due to the location of this position, applicants must be physically fit Please note the following: - Candidates who are immediately available will be given preference - This position is site based and on a rotation of 6 months on, 14 days off - Travel, accommodations, food and security provided by the employer - 2 paid trips to Country of residence will be provided annually A leading International Company with a presence in Afghanistan, Iraq and Africa.	الشروط
