The BCP Manager will ensure that the Bank achieves its BCP objective of protecting the staff, systems and infrastructure; formalizing the BCP program; managing any disruption to minimize its impact and to develop, maintain and exercise BCP Plans. The role of the BCP Manager will include, but not be limited to the following: * Manage the implementation and day-to-day functions related to Business Continuity plans and procedures * Identify potential Business Interruptions, develop safeguards against these interruptions, and implement recovery procedures in the event of a business interruption. * Provide documentation and training on Contingency Planning concepts and procedures. * Develop and implement Disaster Recovery, Data Sensitivity, Library Management, Back-up and Recovery, and Disaster Recovery Plans and Procedures. * Responsible for insuring that Business and Regulatory Requirements are adhered to * Assume ownership and management of the overall business recovery process * Perform a company-wide Business Impact Assessment (BIA) * Ensures that a mechanism is in place for logistically tracking resources and that a Business Recovery Command Center or Emergency Operations Center has been established the firm's ability to recovery, in the event of an unforeseen disruption to facilities, technology systems, or applications * Bachelors degree in computer sciences or a related discipline from a reputable institution * Minimum of 5 years in BCP management, preferably for a financial services institution * Good knowledge about ISO 22301 Skills: * Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Business Continuity Management / Disaster Recovery / Crisis Management * Project / Program Management skills * Strong integrity and highly ethical * Excellent communications skills especially written and spoken English * Effective in influencing and persuasion * Strong management skills structuring and managing teams * Experience with financial budgeting and forecasting * Cultural awareness and sensitivity McGregor Boyall is an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate based on race, religion, gender, age, sexuality, gender identification, or physical ability.
