See other Civil Engineering jobs Kentz, a member of the SNC-Lavalin Group, are currently looking for a Senior Process Engineer to be based in Korea as a permanent role. Responsibilities • Review or assess process requirements. • Developing user requirements specifications. • Developing and reviewing equipment specifications. • Developing Block Flow Diagrams (BFD) and Process Flow Diagrams (PFD). • Developing material balances, production scheduling and planning. • Developing process descriptions. • Developing equipment lists. • Assisting with general facility layouts. • Assisting with equipment layouts. • Assisting with personnel, product, material and Waste Flow Diagrams. • Developing P&IDs. • Developing process equipment data sheets. • Detailed engineering work. Education and Skills •Bachelors Degree in Bio-chemical Engineering •10 years+ experience in Biopharmaceutical design •Experience on equipment selection and process architecture for fermentation and cell culture based manufacturing facilities, including steps such as recovery and harvest, inactivation, as well as purification •Experience in the design of biopharmaceutical facilities Highly developed skills in process design and optimization •Extensive knowledge and practical experience on upstream and/or downstream processes Knowledge on GMP or bio-pharmaceuticals regulated environment (FDA, KDFA and EMEA regulations) •Added value in design capabilities of High purity water systems (WFI and PW USP), as well as design of thermal, chemical sanitization systems (CIP and SIP) •Added value in having past work experience in the multicultural team environment Key Benefits • Be well supported by this top tier engineering and construction organization. • Long term rewarding career on offer. • Excellent salary package with benefits – only for permanent roles. • On-going professional and personal development. • Gain valuable experience with major resource projects.
