As ELV Manager, you will be reporting to the Senior Project Manager of MEP division. Your responsibilities will be;
A
Plan, design, install and manageA ELVA systems such as Fire Alarm, Public Address System, CCTV, Access Control, Audio Visual system, Structured Cabling, Lighting Control System, Guest Room Management System, Central Battery System, B.M.S., and Parking Management System etc.
Capable to understand requirements, quality standards, budgeted cost and delivery schedules.
Techno-commercial skills and understanding of industry's best practices for project management & HSE.
Experienced in Project planning, Design, Technical Material submittals, shop drawing submissions. Should have hands on experience on the Testing & Commissioning methodologies for ELV systems.
Must be able to prepare RFQ's as required for the projects.
Experienced with Risk Assessment &Value Engineering.
Train, coach, motivate and develop a team to identify training needs and recommend training for team members
Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, local authorities and vendors
A Ideally you must have BE/Diploma in Electrical / Electronics, with 10 - 15 years' experience in the GCC
Technical Skills are required as below:-
Execution of building services as a contractor like power, lighting, MV, LV, cables routing & termination, Earthing, Electrical Panels, control systems, low current implementation, testing & commissioning, etc. capable of supervising detailed engineering works, coordinated shop drawings, technical submittals, liaison with consultants, coordinate with various disciplines and site supervision.
Thorough knowledge and experience in the installation of LV electrical, lighting control, fire alarm and voice evacuation, PA/BGM, BMS and controls, Telephone/Data, Central battery Emergency lighting, MATV, security, structured cabling, earthing and Lightning protection systems Established in the 1930's, the Al-Futtaim Group initially operated as a trading enterprise.
