To deliver and develop a relevant and up to date curriculum to students. To use outstanding classroom management and teaching skills to maximising student attendance, retention and achievement. To contribute positively to the college strategy for continuous improvement. Maintain relevant professional standards and personal development, ensure appropriate student conduct within the college. Devise assessments and assess student work providing positive and effective feedback and record results.
