Our client is leading local contractor who has an outstanding reputation for success; they worked on some of the most prestigious large scale building and infrastructure projects in the GCC region and are currently seeking a MEP Project Manager to join them based in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have exposure to large scale electro-mechanical building/infrastructure projects. Capable of preparing the method statement and ITP, developing workshop drawings and coordinates with other trades, following the approval and procurement of materials, supervising the site progress, planning and managing the resources (manpower, tools and materials), administering the contractual issues involving mechanical work, cost control management, solving problems during the project and ensuring that technical matters are being resolved in a timely manner and without delay. You will have Degree qualified Minimum of 15+ years’ experience of large scale MEP building / infrastructure projects. Previous GCC experience would be advantage Fluent in English – written & spoken.
