AL-Mokarram Group is a well reputed firm in the field of travel and trade established on 1998, the travel sector of the group now is looking to hire sales officers- ticketing and reservation (Seven positions); the targeted candidates should fulfill the following requirements: Main responsibilities : She / He will be reporting to the sales and marketing manager and supposed to take up the charges of sales executing (ticketing and hotels reservation, holydays packages, visa processing when required and generally delivering unique customer services based on the organization standard. Experience : She/ He should have at least Two years’ experience in the field of travel services (Ticketing, holidays and hotels reservation and visa processing). Education : • She/ He should hold BA degree in marketing or any similar specialty. • Galileo or Amadeus professional and advance courses. • Hotels reservations course. Skills and competencies : • Fluent English language (speaking, reading, writing, listening). • Proficiency in using computer and internet. • Excellent communication skills. • Customer services oriented.
