AL-Mokarram Group is a well reputed firm in the field of travel and trade established on 1998, the travel sector of the group is looking to hire sales and marketing manager (two positions); the targeted candidate should fulfill the following requirements: Main responsibilities: She / He will be reporting to GM and supposed to take up the charges of analyzing, identifying the work environment and set plans for managing and development. Moreover, SH/He should work hard with management to build up efficient sales and marketing team and policies. Furthermore, He / She must insure achieving organizational objectives. Experience: She/ He should have at least four years’ experience of managing in the field of travel services (IATA, Ticketing, holidays and hotels reservation and visa processing) Education: She/ He should hold at least a bachelor (Master is preferred) degree in business administration or any similar specialty. Skills and competencies: • Fluent English language (speaking, reading, writing, listening ) • Proficiency in using computer and internet. • Professional managerial skills. • Excellent communication and contact. • Fully aware of airlines agreements handling. • Ability and redness of managing twenty people and leading them towards achieving goals. • Cooperating with the top management to in Applying and developing rolls and policies.
