We are now seeking an exceptional Proposals Manager to join our award winning team based within our Head Office in Kuwait. This critical role will be reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Marketing and be responsible for preparing and delivering winning proposals in timely manner. He or she will actively participate in continuous development of new techniques and fresh approach to enhance the proposal process and the final proposal deliverables. Paramount to success within this varied role will include ; Leading in the development/discovery of proposal themes including proposal kick-off and status/review meetings, recording and disseminating action items / responsibilities Demonstrated experience in writing proposal content and coordinating the internal and external flow of proposal inputs and outputs (RFPs, addendas, clarifications, confirmation faxes, queries, letters, etc.) Leading in the creation of proposal documents and formats, customizing standard draft text, project datasheets and CVs in order to satisfy client evaluation criteria in conjunction with graphic designer input Leading the team to prepare, coordinate input and conduct presentations of firm qualifications and proposals to potential clients To be successful in this role, we envision that the candidate will bring a minimum of 10 years' career experience in A&E / PM/CM firms, with most recent 3 years' experience in a similar role within the construction and engineering industry sectors. With a Bachelor or Master degree in either Architecture / Engineering disciplines, it is expected that the successful candidate will possess excellent English communication skills including strong editing and proof reading capability.
