Cairo Airport Travel: Traveling Company Located in Sheraton Heliopolis area is seeking to hire the following position: Job Title: Ticketing Consultants • Assisting customers to reach any destination via the best route and at the lowest cost • Excellent knowledge of GDS systems, Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre. • Booking flights, low cost airlines, Travel insurance, hotels, car hire, bus and Rail Tickets using Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre when needed. • Follow up on Waiting list bookings and update customers. • Ensure the use of SSR (Special Service Request) for seat, meals… etc. according to passengers’ preference. • Assist and provide customer with best rout and give suggestions for client best interest. • Dealing with the booking from start to end. • Experience – Not less than 3 years’ experience. Computer & Language skills. • Excellent Office skills ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint ) • Good command of English spoken and written.
