Our client is a world leading security services provider who operate in over 50 countries who provide a customised solution integrated with the most advanced technologies. Due to growth in the region they are now looking t appoint a Key Account Manager to manage their existing client base and also develop new customers. The main purpose of this role is to maximise revenue generated from existing clients by cross selling and up selling across the various product range to ensure client and customers are receiving the maximum benefit of the service. The position will include but not limited to the following: Managing large Client accounts and building relationships with key personnel Playing an integral role in managing client relations, daily operations and hold responsibility for the effective expansion of new clients within client groups Ensuring renewal of Contracts is addressed in a timely manner Consistently monitor the profitability of Contracts and address price increase exercise where required Monitor Terms & Conditions of current Contracts and coordinate changes at renewal if needed To keep track of current services provided and promote additional services to turn customers into Combined Solutions To ensure Client satisfaction throughout the Contract terms by addressing issues and enhancing service level through tight coordination with operations To monitor and report performance and profitability of current portfolio To ensure all Contracts T&Cs are in line with policies and standards. Collect feedback and satisfaction surveys from existing operations The ideal candidate will come from a security operations background i.e. ex army, navy, security services who has gone into a commercial role in business development or sales. Have experience in selling security solutions You will have excellent communication and presentation skills Must be a clear communicator fluent in English Must have experience in account management, contract negotiations A proven track record in sales and business development Mackenzie Jones Middle East has decades of recruitment expertise in various industry sectors.
