Initiate HSE measures; meet security demands and requirements as per Civil Defense while meeting Al Futtaim best practices. You will monitor safety conditions of the property including the implementation of waste management and cost saving initiatives. You will also ensure cleanliness of the entire facility while demonstrating your technical understanding of which chemicals can be used in a public facility. To be successful for this position, you will be responsible for the maintenance of all technical areas, contracts management with third party suppliers. Ideally, you will have good relations with all stakeholders including Civil Defense and Local Municipalities. You will carry out emergency Drills and ensure training of First Aiders and Fire MarshallsA for crisis management.
The successful applicant will have a strong financial background in budgeting, cost control and manpower planning.For your application to be successful, you will need to possess a Technical Degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical with at least three years' experience in a similar role.
