We are looking for an Aftersales Manager to provide industry-leading levels of aftermarket product support and customer satisfaction, whilst maximizing profitability of Service and Parts operations. Although the position will be based inA Doha the incumbent will be responsible for the development and implementation of systems and procedures for Oman, Qatar and Bahrain. Shall be responsible for the following duties but not limited to: * Development of aftersales business to achieve or exceed budget levels of sales and margin. * Provide industry-leading levels of customer, product and technical support in the areas of Service & Parts country-wide operations. * Establish and lead a regional aftermarket sales team dedicated to business development. * Ensure correct levels of staffing and competence to deliver the required levels of customer and product support. * Identification of, and recommendations for, network development within area of responsibility * Ensure Service & Workshop operations adhere to all Company and statutory processes, procedures and guidelines. * Ensure Parts & Warehouse operations adhere to all Company and statutory processes, procedures and guidelines. The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: * University Graduate/MBA or suitable experience within Commercial Vehicle industry. * Minimum 10 years' experience with reputable franchised Automotive/Commercial Vehicle/Industrial, 5 years in Service Management, preferably multi-location.
