The Brand Assurance Manager is the liaison acting on behalf of the marketing team to the many interconnected departments, agencies and stakeholders connected with the theme park. Their key role will be to maintain the efficiency of marketing communications with the various groups, ensuring that marketing is satisfying their strategic business needs. \ Job scope: • Manage the process and obtain all necessary approvals from all key stakeholders across the business – from internal departments (such as marketing and senior management) to external approvers (such as Warner Bros. Consumer Products based in Los Angeles), as well as keeping other interested parties informed (e.g. Aecom and Thinkwell). • Act as the Marketing liaison for marketing requests across internal and external stakeholders, negotiating and agreeing content and materials for marketing purposes. These include, and are not limited to: Sales, F&B, Merchandise, Operations, Guest Services, Security and other departments • Build unparalleled relationships with stakeholders to provide high levels of customer service and relationship management to our key partners/agencies, delivering exceptional service. Making sure that marketing is servicing their needs as well as keeping all relevant parties up-to-speed on marketing initiatives. These include, and are not limited to: Sales, F&B, Merchandise, Operations, Guest Services, Security and other departments. • Working with the Public Relations and Social Media Manager, be responsible for internal communication devices, devising a regular communications plan to ensure all stakeholders are up to date. These include, but are not limited to: internal newsletters, presentations, updates in departmental meetings. • Responsibility for collating and presenting effective market intelligence in order to make internal business decisions through external data and statistics. • Working with Business Excellence, be the champion for primary guest research and analysis to better understand customer needs and wants, ensuring data is disseminated in a timely manner. • Performs other miscellaneous support functions as required. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS Qualifications Essential: • Degree educated Desirable: • N/A Years of Experience: Essential: • Minimum of 5 years’ in a corporate company structure. Desirable: • Experience or exposure to an attraction, theme park, or similar industry that has multiple stakeholder groups Skills Essential: • Excellent relationship building skills, exceptionally personable and a strong communicator • Proficiency in writing, speaking, and understanding the English language • A fantastic networker • Able to influence even the most tricky individuals • A superb negotiator • Able to talk easily, comfortably and consistently with all levels of the business. • Resourceful, proactive, innovative thinker. • Strong organizational skills • Knowledge and understanding of software programs such as Microsoft Office Desirable: • N/A Farah Leisure Parks Management LLC was established in 2008 to provide world-class entertainment experiences.
