The QRH Manager OperationsA is aA pivotal role within QR Holidays Department. In this role, youA are responsible for the operational management of Qatar Airways Holidays and Discover Qatar. You will manage the daily business of the division, its outstations and implants.A You will provideA outstanding customer satisfaction through all QRH touch points and increase theA sales performance of the Operations team across the network. You will develop processesA which willA support the growth of the business unit. You will create a continuous process of assessment and change, increasing the turnover while keeping the cost stable. You will look for opportunities within the current process for improvement. You will ensure that QRH and its outstations and implantsA are managed with the highest quality of services to customers and in line with the companyA policies and procedures.You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8 years of job-related experience. You have previous work experience in a travel agency or tour operator at management level. Online retail/retail and contact centre management experience are definite advantages for this role. You have experience working in a multi-cultural customer base and international partnership development. You have good commercial acumen and an excellent track record of implementing change. You have good leadership capability to manage and meet development objectives of your team members as well as creating a high performing and collaborative team environment. You have the ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills are essential. You will foster teamwork among team members and ensures that all are align to the objective of the department. You have strong decision making and problem solving skills. You have excellent communication skills with the ability to interact/communicate within all levels of the organisation. Welcome to a world of growing opportunities.
