ALAC offers end to end solutions in aftersales for both business to business & retail customers. ERAS Customs and Classics - Al Futtaim Auto CentresA are looking to hire an experienced and accomplished Sales professionalA to joinA our Sales team within ourA Dubai Showroom. Eras Customs and Classics are the official GCC distributor for Morgan and Caterham sports cars and the UAE distributor for Lotus sports cars. We are looking to recruit a Sales Supervisor for our Dubai showroom. The main responsibilties of the role will be to achieve and exceed allocated unit sales targets for new and used cars. The main duties within the role include the achievement and maintainance ofA the company's prescribed sales targets within defined standards; to maintain a prospecting system to create a customer database and achieve theA company's business objectives.To be considered for this role you will ideally be a graduate and will have a minimum ofA 2 years' previous experience selling high end / performance orientated sports cars. It is essential that you have a strong commercial awareness of the UAE market and a clear understandiing of customers' needs. As prior sales experience is a requirement for this position it is expected that you will have strong negotiation skills along with the ability to communicate with clients and colleagues of varying levels.A  You will act as the face of the company and therefore will have a proactive, professional and presentable nature. Degree education preferred but not essential. This role involves an element of local travel and therefore a driving licence is essential.
