• Promoting and selling of car rental and transportation services including short term, long term (lease) and passenger transportation. • Maintain and develop strong, sustainable relationships with key clients who include both corporate and retail. • Gather market and client information and follow up with visits for new business development. • Provide consultation for clients on the services provided by the company. • Maintain a healthy relationship with clients by providing support, information and guidance. • Researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending profit and service improvements. • Being responsible for achieving set individual targets sales target. • Assisting the management in implementing new sales strategies and business plan for the company. • New business development. • Knowledge of costing, pricing and rate calculation and ability to send quotes, negotiate and close sales. • Identifying new business opportunities by prospecting and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing. • Represent the company at trade exhibitions and events. • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing set tasks and assist and support finance teams with payment collection ( as and when required) • Identify areas of product and service improvements or introducing new products and services by remaining updated on industry trends, market activities and competitors. • Selling products and services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions. Required Skills and Core Values. • Must be self- motivated to sell, quick and eager to learn and ability to achieve performance standards. • Sincere, hardworking, motivated, and well groomed. • Positive attitude towards learning, problem solving, team work and life in general. • Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written English, Knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage) • Having a confident and determined approach. • Resilience - and ability to cope with rejections. • Should be competitive, creative, innovative and assertive. • Should have basic presentation skills. • Ability to maintain client relationships and retention. • Having strong negotiating skills. • Ability to achieve set sales targets. • Sales Planning, Forecasting and daily reporting. • Should be a team player and adaptable to changes. • Maintain professional, internal and external relationships that meet the company core values. • Proactively establish and maintain effective working relationships with all support departments. • Must have University Degree or equivalent • Minimum of 10 years experience working in car rental and transport industry BAC Middle East - the longest established professional recruitment consultancy in the UAE.
