Our client are a multinational professional services firm who are looking for a Finance/Admin manager for their offices in DIFC. The role will encompass several aspects of Finance/Admin Management including finance responsibilities for MENA office reporting directly to the Finance head (not based in UAE) along with HR/Recruitment responsibilities, facilities management, and overseeing of all support staff within the office ( 30 + ) The role offers an exciting opportunity to join a successful, progressive and meritocratic business in a very diverse and exciting role. Salary of up to 30k AED plus other benefits will be offered to the successful candidate. Ideally CPA qualified, or working towards his/her CPA qualifications. - Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a combination of office management or executive level administrative support. - Demonstrated experience in working with multiple teams in multiple locations. - General facilities management and business operations. - Regional experience a plus. - Strong accounting skills - ideally 5 years Finance experience for Dubai based MNC. - Experience would include preparation of month end accounts, transactional processing, responsible for audit and tax filings. - Peoplesoft experience would be beneficial. - Strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential. - Discreet and able to maintain strict confidentiality at all times. - Strong business ethics – leads by example as outlined in the Company Code of Conduct. To include but not limited to, honesty, integrity, discretion and professional standards. - Maintains composure in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. - Able to multi-task efficiently - Innovative problem solver. - Demonstrates initiative, resourcefulness, and dependability. - Effective communication skills, including strong English. - Able to work well with colleagues in multiple locations. - Strong work ethic balanced with a sense of humor and an ability to maintain perspective. - Even-tempered, tactful, and considerate. - Presents and maintains a professional demeanor. - Demonstrates ability to take independent action and proceed beyond directive. - Flexible.
