Major Retail Developer and Operator Excellent Package Based in Riyadh, KSA Tax Free Our client is a renowned retail developer and operator throughout Saudi Arabia. Due to continued ongoing expansion, an opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Excellent & Events professional to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Reporting directly to the Digital & Marketing department, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following: o Manage sales activities for media and other non-leasing products o Assist in the development of the Digital & Marketing annual business plan, KPIs, budget, and policies and procedures o Develop media sales strategy in coordination with Asset Management and Operations o Conduct sales and renewal for physical and digital space in ACCL malls o Maintain relationships with key regional media outlets and media sales agencies o Coordinate with Head of Digital & Marketing and Leasing for opportunities with tenants o Provide input to Innovation & Digital during new product development o Lead the sales of products to the various customers (tenants, shoppers) in coordination with Innovation & Digital ? Source and connect with potential clients ? Conduct site visits/ demonstrate products (e.g., applications) ? Issue sales proposals to tenants ? Negotiate prices and sign contracts o Gather data on newly launched products and assess their performance o Identify potential ways/solutions to improve product performance (if needed) o Propose product change/modification based on product performance in order to have significant impact to business outcomes o Carry potential penalties if recommendation is unsuccessful In order to be considered for this role, the successful candidate will have the following key skills and attributes: o Degree qualified (due to visa restrictions) in Business Administration or equivalent o 5-8 years in retail sales, including media sales and other retail products and services o Solid track record and experience in tenant/customer relationship management o Significant exposure to GCC and KSA retail market o Proven experience in dealing with multiple asset classes o Large and diverse network of clients (especially within KSA) and largest media agencies in KSA o Demonstrated skills in building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders o Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills o Excellent conflict resolution/management skills o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills o Business-level command of Arabic and English, written and verbal Command MENA has been successfully partnering with clients and candidates since 2005.
