My client is a private Holding Company made up of an ultra-high net worth family in Saudi Arabia. Formed in 2015 as the investment management and administration office for the family, which currently comprises of three generations, in managing its investment portfolio. The family owns a diverse set of assets both locally and internationally, under multiple asset classes and ownership structures. The role holder is responsible for leading and directing the Property & Facilities Management Department to ensure efficient and effective provision of customer services, property management and asset management services for both the owned and managed properties. Main responsibilities: - Participate in the organization strategy articulation process along with other members of the Management Team. - Develop the strategy for the Property & Facilities Management Department in line with the stated organizational priorities. - Lead the preparation and management of annual budget for the Property & Facilities Management Department and secures subsequent approval, ensures expenditure tracking and adherence to the budget. - Leads the development and implementation of plans to maximize operational performance of Property & Facilities Management for both owned and managed assets. - Establish Departmental policies, processes and procedures - Ensure development of guidelines for standard work flows in the Department in order to streamline internal processes. - Ensures management of facilities, by the third party service provider, is as per the contracts to direct effective delivery of required services in accordance with the desired budget, timelines, quality, etc. and collection of the requisite fees (rent, security deposits and other payments) on timely basis. - Enhance overall economic value and performance of each property, including Leasing Revenue, Space Visibility, EBITDA, Net Operating Income, Capitalization Rate, Estimated Rental Value, IRR). - Perform asset diagnosis and reviews asset-level annual budgets for leasing and property operations etc. in alignment with long-term plans. Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Property Management, FM OR Engineering - Master’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Property Management, Engineering or related field is preferred A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years of experience in leading large residential/commercial property/asset management. Relevant experience in a senior facilities management role spanning across operations & maintenance, housekeeping, security services and Health Safety & Environment. Native Arabic speaking is a must.
