A brand new opportunity is available to work as a Senior Quantity Surveyor for an Architectural & Engineering Consultancy in Abu Dhabi where you will be working on one of their high profile projects/contracts within the UAE. As the Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be working closely with the client evaluating all claims and extension of time. Review the tender estimate provided by the Quantity Surveyor. Monitor all Project correspondence for commercial issues and initiate commercial correspondence. Coordinating with the Quantity Surveyor to prepare detailed monthly cost schedules available for each work contract. Prepare cash flows and claims documentation. Verification of Contractors interim payments requests, variations and claims. Must have a 8 to 10 years experience. Must have 5 years GCC/Middle East experience with the majority of the 5 years working in the UAE. Must be degree qualified in either Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying Strong experience in claims and evaluating claims is a necessity.
