We are looking for an established Business Support professional with proven experience in working at CEO, VP or GM level. The company in need of this role is a huge global Management Consultancy and the EA will support one of the senior partners of the firm. The partner travels extensively and his EA will be considered a key player in the organisation and will be relied upon for her dependability, accountability and long term vision for the company. The EA will be fully aware of her principles strategic goals and objectives as she will support him in his quest to manage the MENA regions business. This is a diverse role with PA responsibilities covering extensive diary management, continuous Inbox management ensuring urgent matters are dealt with sufficiently, co-ordinating travel as well as attending monthly management meetings and ad hoc administrative work. This role works very closely with members across the department so you’ll be able to develop and maintain professional relationships. You will have exceptional organisational, prioritisation and communication skills and as this is a busy role, your CV will reflect proven experience in managing multiple tasks at any one time. A calm, professional manner and the ability to work pro-actively are key in making a success of this role. This is a permanent role and we are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
