• Ensure all Talent related practices, policies, procedures are adhered to and recommend improvements. • Providing proficient consultation on all phases and processes of talent management such as succession management, assessment, talent pools, selection processes and performance management. • Conduct MESCAT training needs analysis. • Conduct Career & Development discussions with all Talent pools. • Conduct career reviews with employees • Assist employees and managers in developing Personal Development Plans (PDP) • Assist managers in following up on learning implemented in the workplace • Manages the development journey of the Career Development Program employees • Hold one-on-one discussions with employees and managers to identify the skill/knowledge needed for development for current and future roles. • Promote learning and development in the company through it’s various blended solutions focusing on learning on the job (70%), with others (20%), and formally (10%). • Develop and manage the training calendar to include various learning methods relevant to regional current needs. • Align and launch the OneHR platform incorporating all Talent practices into the other HR practices • Ensure all Talent records are up to date : Training, Career discussions, PPR reviews • Working with line manager to assess development needs, designing programs that build people management and leadership skills and capabilities. • Manage Talent budget. • Managing Preferred Supply Arrangements with third party providers to ensure quality and time lines of the assignment and the ability to meet the required lead times. • Creation and delivery of Talent related Workshops. • Management of career development and discussions for expats. • Works closely with departments and OpCos, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures • Provides regular updates on employee’s talent matters to line managers. • Work with the Head of HR and Administration to ensure effective communication of HR/Talent activity and correct processes are followed in terms of On-boarding, Talent Management and Exit processes. • Support the implementation of HR and Talent Management initiatives and programs launched by the Group. • Supervise the keeping of employee talent records. • Follows up with new recruit’s life cycle from on-boarding. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent. • 7-8 year’s minimum in a similar role in the Middle East. • Experience in other HR domains is a plus. • A profound knowledge of Talent identification, Career Coaching/Discussion, Learning & Development identification • A profound knowledge of the HR practices in the region is a strong plus. Objectivity and the ability to apply HR rules and regulations in a fair and consistent matter. • Good knowledge of psychometric tools • Good project management skills • Ability to solve complex issues and propose creative solutions. • Ability to contribute to the streamlining of the HR processes. • Strong interpersonal and English communication skills (oral and written). • Analytical skills. • High degree of autonomy and responsibility. • Excellent time and priority management. • Ability to work efficiently in a broad cultural spectrum and in a fast moving environment. • Relationship building and interpersonal skills. • In-depth understanding of the corporate structure of MESCAT region and resulting organizational charts.
