To deepen and monetize exiting relationships in the commercial client segment and originate new ones. To sell Financial Markets products to an allocated portfolio of clients with objectives set both in terms of revenue/notional growth and efficiency. Key Roles and Responsibilities Financial * To work with the CB FX team to deliver the agreed budget for the FX in terms of revenue and notional growth. * To be able to cross sell a wide range of products including derivatives, MM and structured deposit * To help drive the automation agenda migrating passive flow from voice to E. * To convert dormant/small FX accounts into active ones Execution and Coverage * To develop a deep and thorough understanding of each client allocated throughout direct visits and by liaising with the relevant coverage and TB RM * To proactively engage with the clients originating trade ideas and quickly responding to their request. * To provide a top-level service to the CB clients portfolio * To identify, analyze and drive business activities which will contribute to the incremental FX flow * To manage pricing across all FX flows /channels * To form collaborative relationships with TB and RMs enabling synergies and adjacencies Efficiency * To grow the business focusing on client activity/margin optimisation across all E channels * To use knowledge of underlying client activity like cash/trade to drive client automation via S2B platform * To meetce channel ratios targets ensuring best practice within client portfolio * To drive efficiency across any process of the client E2E from origination to settlement Portfolio Coverage * To focus on AE based clients and increase e-commerce penetration by 75% and reducing manual deal execution by 50% Regulatory * Adherence to laws and regulations, internal risk and compliance policies and the Group Code of Conduct. * Completion of all mandatory risk and compliance training including e-learning within stated timeframes * Proactive identification of risks and concerns, including escalation to all relevant stakeholders * Timely mitigation of risks and resolution of issues including collaboration with all relevant stakeholder functions, and establishment of effective controls Key Relationships Internal * FM Regional Sales Management * Global Head of FX * CBFM Commercial Banking Head * Regional Head of TB Sales * CB client Coverage * FM Products * Wealth Products External * Corporate Customers Contributes to: * Retaining and expanding our market share of financial markets business for CB clients * Protecting and enhancing our profitability through these relationships * Providing top quality advice on market conditions and opportunities, through a wide range of products in a highly sophisticated and competitive market. Authorities * Exercise of judgement relates to monitoring of global markets and to highlight global heads on clients with FX mandates of any adverse market conditions and or operational risk / settlement issues that may significantly affect portfolio valuations * Quick and precise decisions need to be made sharply while operating in the markets based on fundamental economic data and technical information.
