Role purpose: 1. Maximise sales opportunities @ key Mass Retailers. 2. Provide effective sales support to Key Mass Retailers 3. Ensure effective execution of the agreed strategies, tactics and plans for Key Mass Retailers. Responsible : 1. To build, develop and manage relationships with Key Mass Retailers to achieve strategic objectives. 2. To protect and grow Vodafone counter share in Key Mass Retail outlets. 3. To negotiate, and close new sales opportunities with Key Mass Retailers. Key accountabilities and decision ownership : Protect and Grow Business - Deliver partner growth against agreed targets for both SIM and recharge sales - Identifies and pursues sales opportunities and leads which may come from meetings, clients and others - Develops an acquisition plan for the Key Mass Retailers - Reviews all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met Partner Management - Stock planning and stock management for defined retailers - Partners database management - Effective management of commission payments to key Mass Retailers Go to Market - Implement IT systems in Key Mass Retailers such as ECR ( Electronic Customer Registration), Electronic Top up Core competencies, knowledge and experience: - 4-6 years of Total experience with at least 3 years in a sales role - 2-4 years of working in distribution partner management - Malayalam & Arabic Speaking is an advantage - Strong customer focus - Excellent communication skills - Able to use computers - Able to analyse information - Demonstrates effective ways to build relationships (rapport, identifying channel needs, resolving channel queries) - Commercial awareness – an appreciation of and interest in the mobile telecommunications industry Others - Develop and implement governance model for the channel - Support Key Mass Retailers in managing their business efficiently - Liaise with different department to develop right products for the partners - Develop, implement & monitor quarterly plan Must have technical / professional qualifications: Graduate Budget owned: NIL Key performance indicators : - Sales Targets - Vodafone’s counter share - Channel profitability & efficiency Direct reports: Nil Dotted reports: NIL Vistas is a multifaceted company that provides solutions and services in the field of human capital, technology and business process outsourcing.
