Role purpose: To lead the Vodafone Global Enterprise Qatar Sales Channels. Accountable for overall leadership, development and revenue/margin for all of the Inbound and Outbound Vodafone Global Enterprise Accounts operating in the Qatar. The key objectives are to optimise acquisition and revenue growth across voice, data, managed mobility services and total communications solutions. Achievement of revenue/margin targets and customer satisfaction are primary deliverable. Key accountabilities and decision ownership • Shared responsibility for Enterprise strategy creation & achievement. • Ownership of Vodafone Global Enterprise sales strategy vision, creation & execution in Qatar • Take the lead on specific projects, gaining support from peers & colleagues within Vodafone Qatar, Vodafone Global Enterprise and Vodafone Group. • Proactively create & use industry networks to drive thought leadership & define best practice models & drivers for change. • Create positive industry relationships that will benefit Vodafone’s commercial position (internal & external). Core competencies, knowledge and experience • Track record of successful International sales leadership and delivery against targets over the last 5 years • Established sales methodology of leading and managing sales teams through transformational change – from product to solutions • Demonstrated ability to operate in a matrix organisation where targets are held at both local and global levels and success requires the delivery of both • Strong personal leadership that ensures C-level engagement within customers Must have technical / professional qualifications: • Professional Qualification Degree • Experience of unified communications and fixed telecommunications • Sales management experience of leading teams • Over five years’ experience of managing through managers Key performance indicators [max 3]: • Deliver VGE Annual Targets in revenue and margin form OpCo and Group and have responsibility for OPEX for team • Lead, coach & develop well motivated, capable & highly performing Sales force • Act as the corporate customer advocate to influence proposition development and the customer experience processes Direct reports: • Global Account Managers and National Account Managers Vistas is a multifaceted company that provides solutions and services in the field of human capital, technology and business process outsourcing.
