• Develop and lead all strategic and tactical initiatives related to the procurement of raw materials, chemicals, and packaging materials • Lead the sales and operations planning meetings to coordinate activities across the different departments • Follow market developments in the key supply segments and build an extensive understanding of the industry, suppliers, and competitor trends • Research the developing trends across the industry to optimize the decision making on supplier identification, selection, and pricing. • Prepare analytics and scenarios for different operating variables • Inventory management and optimization (cost, aging, working capital impact) • Identify and lead the implement of cost improvement plans • Identify risks to supply that could result stock out situations and take mitigating actions to prevent such occurrences • Establish and maintain a system to research and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities, and the supplier's reputation and history. • Prepare reports to senior management on raw material market activities, trends, and forecasts • Complete tactical procurement activities and optimize inventories • Coordinate with the supply chain team in the execution of the monthly shipment plans • Experience in planning, inventory management, international logistics, imp/exp • 3 – 5 years of supply chain experience in the petrochemicals/manufacturing industry • Excellent knowledge and experience in SAP and MS Office applications • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Degree in logistics/supply chain/operations research/business administration. • Certifications (a plus): CPIM, CSCP OCTAL is the largest PET resin manufacturer in the Middle East and the largest integrated PET sheet manufacturer in the world.	الشروط
