- To monitor and drive the financial performance of the MENA management operations and managed hotels within the region. - Assisting the hotels and corporate operations to maximise asset value. - Responsibilities shall include budget and forecasting, internal control and procedures, cost management and working capital, accounting and financial control, business support and development. - Direct management of hotel financial controllers and accountants - Individual with at least 10 years finance background with minimum 5 years in hospitality industry - Must hold a relevant degree or accreditation - Arabic speaking is essential - Previous history of team management - Strong ERP implementation and integration knowledge - Ability to design and introduce effective processes and procedures - Proven history of conducting audit and application of correction where required ISE Recruitment is born out of the need for an advisory and consultative approach that supersedes the contingency recruiters found today.
