Attractive Expat Package On behalf of our client an International PQS company, we are recruiting a Western Educated Managing Quantity Surveyor / Senior Commercial Manager for their Dubai office. Reporting to the MD of the company candidates must have a proven track record of Pre Contract stage such as Cost Plans, Estimates, Project Feasibility, Budgets, Procurement and Contractual Advice, Contract Documentation and Preparing Pre Tender etc. The successful candidate will be resident in the UAE or possibly GCC and have a degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management from UK and be a member of RICS. Aged between 35-50 years. Middle East experience working in any of the following projects is required; High Rise Residential and Commercial Towers, Mixed Use Facilities, Hotels and Resorts, and other large scale building projects typical to the Middle East.
