Comprising High Rise tower, hotel, retail and office space where there is a variety of complex matters to be spearheading. Our client has an integral Contracts Manager position for a Chartered engineer to be based in Doha. With a minimum of 15 years postgraduate experience additional requirements are: I) Commercial & Contract Negotiation with Client and Subcontractors II) EoT claims submitted and not agreed III) Project Risk IV) Payments vs Certifications V) MRICS Guildhall has partnered some the leading Construction Contractors across the MENA region.
