The Marketing Manager role is to strategize, plan and monitor the proper implementation of external and internal communication & branding strategies in the various disciplines of communication, public relations, advertising, sponsorships, digital, and events to ensure alignments with BHC vision.
Is responsible for formulating, directing and implementing the annual marketing plan and budget, coordinating activities with all 3rd parties chosen to ensure the positioning of the brand as highly desirable to its identified target markets. - Builds and maintains good relations with company stakeholders, internal and external, reflecting a professional corporate image at all times.
- To develop a marketing strategy
- To develop all collateral
- To handle the relationship with the SEO and SEM
- To develop a yearly marketing calendar
- To plan events and campaigns
- To develop ads for Print, media, etc.
- To handle Social media and develop a strategy to promote presence in the region
- Negotiate contracts with vendors related to marketing
- Design and implement appropriate marketing strategies & structures in order to ensure the effective strategic positioning and visibility
- Create the annual marketing budget supported by the MD and the CFO and manage the approved budget during the financial year to ensure that spend is as per budget and brand exposure is optimized.
- Develop and manage effective direct marketing campaigns to the identified target market.
- Handle internal and external events (Exhibitions, CME conferences, Symposiums, etc.)
- Manages website and maintain up to date information, promotions & packages in coordination with Sisters web master
- To monitor competitor’s promotional activities and have timely report maintained for them
- To have clear idea of competitor pricing strategies and Consider the strategy for quotes to similar clinics and to have effective bench marking accordingly with available resources
- Assess effectiveness and success of a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program
