Generate revenue by driving acquisition, retention and upsell of Members through innovative and strategic marketing and sales initiatives. Develop an annual marketing plan in conjunction with the sales department and Managing Director. Drive strategic brand partnerships and sponsorship\'s to drive revenue and build brand awareness. Work in collaboration with Global team across all online and offline marketing activities as relevant. Participate in and contribute to monthly hub office marketing calls to ensure best practice sharing of initiatives and accountability reports. Manage PR Communications and the Budget effectively. Develop targeted communications for Non Members (leads) to drive sales acquisition. Act as a support to the sales teams for business development initiatives, monitor and report competitor activity and relevant industry trends, events and opportunities to appropriate team. Strengthening strategic brand associations - locally and internationally. Manage UAE social media channels. Generate monthly lead generation and conversion reports, UAE Snapshot reports and trend reports. Possess a minimum of 3 years in Marketing & sales in a Managerial role from Luxury Retail Brand & Event Management, Travel or Automobile Industry. Work background in any of the following sectors/areas: Sales, Recruitment, Blue Chip Companies (Fortune 500), Customer Service, Lifestyle and or Account Management, Hospitality, luxury travel & leisure. In-depth understanding of requirements involved in the lifestyle management of affluent, high-net worth individuals and previous exposure to handling of senior executives/VIP’s/Celebrities. Local contact address book spanning all major industries. (HR, PR, Media, Finance, Hospitality & Travel Tourism, Real Estate, Q-worthy suppliers) Ability to plan & formulate strategies.
