Bid Management – For all major proposals for the firm in Oman: Managing the bid process for all major proposals and helping the team achieve a winning document Ensuring that the right credentials and supporting information is sourced for the project team Streamlining the proposal process and facilitating the review, design and printing process Monitoring RFP (Request for Proposals) and other tender information portals Key Accounts Program – For selected priority Oman client accounts Monitor ongoing progress against targets for selected key accounts Ensure all necessary account information and pipelines opportunities are reported in CRM Regular meetings with key account teams to discuss and agree the account strategies and updates in relation to, Key accounts and their month on month progress Challenges and opportunities within each account Key solutions that can be brought to clients across the major accounts PR – Streamline the media activities Work closely with the PR Manager to ensure optimum coverage for the local market, leveraging all relevant firm surveys, events, thought leadership etc Liaise with Partners and the PR Manager to agree content for press releases Ensuring that the key spokes people get good coverage across significant business issues/themes in the local market Communications – Managing internal communication activities Ensure local content is contributed for the monthly Markets newsletter – “Momentum” Provide content on key wins for internal wins announcements Manage inputs into relevant internal communications such as, surveys, key updates etc. Events – Manage a number of annual client seminars and briefings Help arrange a number of client briefings and seminars on specific business topics Manage invitation lists, acceptances and client communications Manage all venue, catering and logistical requirements 3 years Marketing and Communications regional experience within a top 10 consultancy firm in Accounting, tax or Audit. Degree qualified within Marketing / Business Experience in Bid Management Strong understanding of PR, Communications and Events within a Professional Services industry.
