Business Excellence Specialist with ISO 9001 experience, Dubai Responsibilities: - Provide recommendations and support to management in business excellence and quality - Understand excellence and quality market best practices and provide recommendations - Liaise with department heads to ensure all documents, policies and procedures are implemented in line with ISO 9001 requirements - Coordinate with ISO 9001 certification body to arrange certification - Review non-conformance flagged during audits and ensure action is taken - Manage the cycle of business excellence functions and ensure that iniatives are implemented - Coordinate with dept heads to communicate iniatives and report to management on compliance - Experience in Business Excellence, Quality Management and ISO certification - Proven project mangement skills - Excellent communication, organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to deliver under pressure, effectively prioritise and multitask. - Experience in working in an international environment - Fluency in written and spoken business English - Degree-educated with a relevant qualification in ISO - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role - Computer literate including advanced Word, Outlook, Excel, Database and PowerPoint skills To be the chosen candidate for this position you will need to be currently based in Dubai, be educated to degree level with 3 years in business excellence and ISO.
