Job Summary: · To ensure the sales order is processed smoothly · To optimize the Trips/ delivery process by co-ordinate with Operation and account dept. · Prepare Quotations & sending it to Sales Head/ sales manager for approval. · Prepare daily Trips details throw operation dept. Reporting to: · Head of Sales. Supervisory Responsibility (Provide the number and type of employee supervised, functionally and/or directly) · Sales dept. Documentation Work for sales team. Fiscal Responsibility (Budgeting responsibilities, approval privileges on expenditure requests, reporting and auditing functions) · Within defined matrix Key Accountabilities: (Every position is characterized by a set of accountabilities when established. This part shall specify the tasks for which the job holder will be accountable for. Accountabilities should not exceed 10 and should be specific) · Acts as point of contact for communications between Sales and Operation department of the client to ensure smooth delivery of Trips on time. · Provide administrative support for the smooth running of the sale office operations · Liaise with operation dept. to ensure that deliveries are made in time in order to meet customer delivery requirements. Ensure the availability of transport on-time. · On receipt of delivery instructions from Sales team and Clients, verify the same, check the financial status of the client and process order. · Document all quotations and reports a regular basis. · Update Head of Sales & Sales team for invoicing and credits information from Accounts dept.. · Prepare the sales order, feed the LPO quantity in the system. Preferred Experience & Preferred Minimum Qualifications (Include and years of general or specific work experience) Include degrees, licenses, certificates) · 1-3 years of experience in sales which at least one year in sales coordinating post or equivalent. · Bachelor’s Degree.
