-Ensure appropriate level of support for the development of airports BHS/MHS is provided during a project lifecycle -Monitor over activities of the unit and provide improvement opportunities and recommendations based on best practice and annual benchmarking -Review and approve the baggage system design, specification, scope of work and value engineering studies during the design stages -Provide technical support to Construction Operations Department and the staff within the unit on a continuos basis during an ongoing project -Provide guidance to the unit staff while they are providing assistance to the cost control function during technical analysis for claims Oversee on- going projects to ensure airport operational and maintenance requirements are met as per the pre-defined quality cost and timeline -Review and approve all proposed programs (as relevant) and carry out resource planning activities to ensure feasibility, effectiveness and reliability BWP is a privately owned, top-end, low volume specialist recruiter with an emphasis on the Middle East markets.
