Our Client, a Multinational manufacturer headquartered in USA, is looking to hire an HR & Communications Manager. The HR & Communications Manager is responsible for developing a strategic communication plan to inform and engage employees and stakeholders on company developments, changes, and projects. By utilising effective communication channels, this role helps support business strategies and employee engagement. Main Responsibilities: - Develop a comprehensive communications strategy to reach the full spectrum of employees, across geographical locations, functional silos, generations and other divides that influence preferences for receiving information. - Advise, coach and support executive leadership on effective communication and ownership for communications at every level of the organization. - Develop tools, channels, and materials and establish the structures, networks and competencies for effective internal communication via both formal and informal mediums. - Collaborate with Human Resources to strategize and execute communications aimed at increasing employee engagement such as company-wide newsletters to update employees about new programs, product launches, or procedures. The successful candidate MUST BE BAHRAINI, qualified with a degree in related discipline (Marketing, Communications or Business Management), a minimum of three (3) years of experience in an internal communications role and computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
