User Hooks and SIT knowledge. Payroll Fast formula knowledge. Tracing and debugging application errors. Able to take full responsibility for supporting some HRMS modules under senior level supervision. Self-Motivated to learn new tools and accept new responsibilities. Can Open and follow-up SR with oracle. HR, Payroll, OTL, Self-Service Strong knowledge. Full cycle (end-to-end) business process architect and delivery. Provide alternative solutions for business requirements. Determine current opportunities and threats in current implementation. Can provide/suggest enhancements for current implemented modules. Report development tools by XML Publisher(BI Publisher). Strong development Tools: Oracle Forms/Reports. OAF page personalization. Forms Personalization. OAF Pages development.
