We are looking for a dynamic candidate to join the HR team in Saudi, reporting to the country HR Manager.
The ideal candidate need to have a minimum of 6 years of experience in hardcore HR which involves HR strategies, employee relations, compensation and on board joining formalities for new joiners. The candidate also needs to be an Arabic speaker to be able to coordinate with the Saudi labor office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain an in depth knowledge in one or more of the following disciplines: Benefits, Compensation, Compliance, EH&S, Leave, Internships, Recruiting, and Wellness.
• Work with management to develop or implement policies or procedures.
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
• Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
• Manage confidential files and other privileged information.
• Maintain accurate records and manage reporting requests.
• Define and follow area processes.
• Continuously identify, measure, and improve processes.
• Other duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications:
Arabic speaking
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management
Professional certification in related field
Familiarity with an HRIS system and processes
Ability to travel 30% of the time
Required Qualifications
B.A. or B.S. degree in related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5-6 years related experience or equivalent.
Must have HR operations and strategic HR experience.
Knowledge of HR laws and practices in Saudi.
Experience across all applied disciplines such as Benefits, Compensation, Compliance, E&HS, Leave, Interns and Operations.
Excellent employee relationship building abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in handling sensitive information and data.
Demonstrated ability to handle/prioritize tasks in multiple disciplines.
Ability to work independently within a team environment.
