Responsible for the identification of fraud cases through specialized analysis and FMS alarms. Coordinate with Fraud Control team members on resolutions, activities and related projects across multiple business domains. Manage and coordinate all communications and escalations from Customer Care on fraud related issues as raised by customers, ensure proper case management and resolution within SLA. Responsible to support and implement any proactive solution to fraud prevention and detection according to new agreed processes and procedures The Fraud Specialist will also provide support to the daily operations and monitoring of the Managed Security Services offered to our enterprise customers to protect them against CPE Hacking - As there are no specific educational qualifications relating to this field, hands-on technical experience is preferred. However, for the purposes of employment a Graduation in any discipline may be considered desirable - Telecom-specific certificates and GSMA Fraud Certification also considered. - A minimum of 3 years experience as a Fraud Analyst or Specialist in a Tier 2 or higher Telco, preferably with both Wireless and Wireline operators. - At least one year of operational experience on a recognized telecommunications Fraud Management System Knowledge and skills: - Telecommunications domain knowledge - both commercial (relating to activations, sales, administration of customers/products) and technical (relating to provisioning and subscriber management platforms). - High knowledge and experience in configuring rule based fraud systems - Excellent Analytical skills to extract meaningful information from large volumes of data. - Excellent computer skills including MS Office and use of Analytical software such as SAS/ACS and SQL language du is the new telecommunication services provider in the UAE.
