- To monitor manpower allocation on site to each activity in order to meet daily work schedule. - To measure manpower cost against activities accomplished to make sure project budget is maintained. - To monitor activities progress on a daily basis to ensure milestones are met and help take appropriate actions if required. - To track the delays in Subcontractors’ work and identify their working force to ensure activities are accomplished as per approved plan. - To generate weekly reports on production efficiency for management purposes. - Must hold a BSc in Civil Engineering. - A minimum of 5 years of site experience as Civil Engineer with exposure to management aspects of the project. - Good knowledge of data processing . - Good knowledge if MS Office - Good computer skills The Habtoor Leighton Group (HLG) is one of the leading diversified international contractors in the Middle East and North Africa.HLG is part of the Leighton Group, Australia’s largest project development and contracting group with annual revenues exceeding US$18 billion.
