Our client a global technology organisation is looking for an ambitious and dynamic HR professional to join their operations in Dubai. Purpose: To manage, maintains and drive to enhance the HR activities for all the divisions under the organisation, including policies, procedures, Recruitment, Performance management, Reward, compensation, training and development, and retention, and deliver consistent, prompt and high quality of HR service to the client in line with the agreed service levels and standards and thereby achieve the department objectives. - Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar specialisation - Excellent knowledge of Compensation and Benefits methodology – job evaluation, job description, and Hay methodology. - Professional Certification in HR preferred, CIPD an advantage. - Knowledge of the Dubai labour laws and formalities / HR policy and procedures - A minimum of 6 years relevant experience in Human Resources Management, with a minimum of 2 years working in a similar IT and technology business.
