- Responsible for warehousing activities, maintaining stock levels and distributing materials, equipment and products to various departments and achieve the required service level. Perform related duties as required. - Execute duties of warehouse activities such as receiving, inspecting, sorting, stacking, storing, order filling, issuing and maintaining stock records in warehouse. Deliver materials as necessary. - Keep inventory in appropriate storage areas in a safe and orderly manner according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, or product code and ensures all materials or containers are marked clearly with identifying information. - Store up chemicals as per the Material Safety Data Sheet recommendations. - Provide and issue purchase and material requisitions. - Provide commercial invoices and gate passes, as and when required. - Record, sort and store surplus inventory to be held for disposal, sale or auction. - Secondary school graduate. - experience in inventory control and warehouse operations within Oil & Gas industry. - Knowledge of computer inventory control system (SAP Material Management) and data processing procedures. - Good knowledge of word/excel. - Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build effective relationships.
